I woke up, feeling like a bus had hit me square in the face. My entire body felt numb and my eyes felt droopy. I turned on my side, wanting to just wake up properly. I looked straight into Xavier's eyes. How the heck did I get here? The last thing I remembered I was in bed ... in my room, not his ... my room.
As if sensing I was awake, Xavier's eyes flew open as he stared right back at me. "Morning" he mumbled, still groggy. I just stared at him with wide eyes.
