I was taken aback by Olivia’s revelation. I’ve been suspecting that Cai might be a werewolf but hearing it from her mom put me in complete shock.
“I know you are a werewolf and that you are her mate. The spell we cast on her is already wearing-off because of your mate bond.” She pauses to take a deep breath before she resumes talking.
“We hid her true identity to protect her from the enemy, but now that her wolf is starting to surface, there is nothing much we can do to stop it because she already found you, her mate,” This is a lot to take in.
