CHAPTER 20

HAUWA'S P.O.V:

I woke up the next morning tapping the bed so that I could cuddle up to him but I just felt an empty space. I couldn't find him anywhere in the room. I looked at the clock and it showed 7 am. Just then, Ibrahim came out of the shower with a towel wrapped around him. I remember when we was body built, he still is but not as before

"Sabahul khair Habibti" he beamed.

"Sabahul khair" I replied.

It just occurred to me that at this moment, I would have been at home cooking breakfast for my angels or waking them up and them complaining about how I disturb them.

I miss those trouble makers of mine. My face immediately saddened and Ibrahim noticed, he came and sat on the bed.

"What's wrong Habibti?" He asked

"I miss them" I said

"Who?" He asked and I mentally smacked my forehead.

"The kids" I said rolling my eyes

"Tell you what. By tomorrow, we will take the late night flight to Egypt and we will go early this time so that we will reach Egypt there around one in the morning am then we will stay in a hotel and then go to the house around 6. Is that okay for you Habibti?" He said and I smiled

"I don't know what to do without you" I said as I hugged him.

Am so lucky Alhamdulillah.

"Me neither" he said.

"Let me dress up, then I will book our hotel room then I will calling Hassan to come pick us up tomorrow at the hotel by 6." He said

"Alright then. Let me call Hassan. Just book the room."

"Okay." He said and I pecked him on his cheeks.

The day went by in a blur and it was tomorrow already. I was getting ready and so was Ibrahim.

We went to the airport and we took off by 11 PM.

Immediately the flight took off, I laid my head on Ibrahim's arm and I fell asleep after we both prayed for Allah to take us there safe and sound

"Habibti" I heard

"Habibti" I heard again as I opened my eyes.

I hummed in reply

"We are almost there. We are about to land" he said and I smiled

"Ladies and gentleman, we are about to land to Egypt Alexandria Airport in 5 minutes." I heard the announcement as I gave Ibrahim a puzzled look

"How did you know?" I asked

"It was just a lucky guess" he shrugged and gave me a sheepish smile as I shook my head in amusement

"It amuses me that you slept for the whole flight." he chuckled and it was my turn to give him a sheepish smile.

We looked for a Taxi because it is very hard getting a taxi by 1 in the morning in Egypt. Well I think it is everywhere. Not just in Egypt. I mean who would be driving in the middle of the night for money. I should have told Hassan to come pick us.

After hours of searching for a vehicle, we finally found one and he took us to the hotel we booked.
