Ray blocked in front of Scarlett, pointed at Julie and said with anger, "She is lying."
Looking at the backside of Ray's head, Scarlett felt a little distressed. She tugged at Ray's sleeve and whispered in his ear, "Julie also knows what happened to Rachel."
Scarlett knew that Ray was helping her, but she couldn't do anything to hurt Rachel.
Ray patted her hand to reassure her. He bowed to Mike and the crowd, and then looked at Julie, asking in a calm tone, "Julie, you said that Scarlett stole your necklace. Do you mean that you slandered me for stealing your necklace in Night Coffee Bar that day?"
At the sight of Mike in the wheelchair, Julie felt her heart skip a beat. She was thinking of Mike's arrogant look of the day when he took away Scarlett from the Reed
