Oliver and Chase stepped in unison up the marble steps into the Multnomah
County Courthouse, under the watchful gaze of suspicious deputies from the Multnomah County Sheriff Office on an unseasonably warm late November day. Several weeks had passed since Josiah had joined Chase and Oliver in the Multnomah County Courthouse to discuss the Providence Park inert explosive devices with William Pennoyer.
