‘Sarah!’ There is panic in the voices filling my head and I have to force myself to remain calm. My eyes drift towards the forest but I have to protect my people. ‘Force them back!’ I snarl. ‘Don’t kill all of them! We need some alive!’ Our attackers seem to have figured out our intentions and they’re retreating. The arrows flying towards us have decreased in number which is a relief.
