Jaime I walked closer to Kevin and gave him a smile. “You look really nice.” I noticed he had something in his hands but couldn’t tell what it was. “I know the first-date move is usually flowers,” Kevin said, lifting the box a little, “but I also know you don’t like them. You always said flowers just die in a few days and you hated throwing them away.” I blinked, surprised. “Wow. You remember that?” I laughed softly, a little caught off guard by how well he still knew me. He reached up and tucked a strand of my hair behind my ear. My breath caught at the simple touch.
