I heard a gentle knock on the door which made me open my eyes to the morning light that was filtering through the curtains. I looked around to be sure of where I was then remembered what had happened the previous night. I looked up into Ravish's smiling face as I blinked sleepily, disoriented for a moment before I gathered myself and sat up.
We were still in Silverwood pack but that will be left behind us soon. I felt a mixed expression of hope and apprehension.
“We don't have any more time to lose and have to be on our way now! We had better be on our way so we can get to our pack on time!” His deep voice ushered me as I quickly got up from the bed.
I looked at him over midst my still sleepy demeanor and he looked sharp, composed, confident and put together as always.
