I opened my eyes to the morning light that filtered through the curtains. I felt refreshed and content. I slowly lifted myself up and looked around my room which looked cozy because of the warm glow from the sun. I smiled softly to myself remembering yesterday's event, I stretched and yawned before getting out of bed.
“My lady, we are to help you with everything. Please let us do our job," my maids pleaded when they caught me in the bathroom. Lily, who was quite talkative and very enthusiastic, energetic and carefree, took me back to the room and sat me on my bed with a pleasant smile that reflected her bright eyes.
“You will be called, my lady once your bath is ready," she stated before walking away.
