I woke up slowly as I became conscious but I hadn't opened my eyes yet. I listened to understand where I was but there wasn't anything in my immediate surroundings and just distant noises. After a while, I opened my eyes slowly as my eyelids felt heavy and unusual. My mind was foggy and I couldn't comprehend a thing yet.
I slowly adjusted my eyes to the light as I found myself laying on a large and comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated exclusive looking room that I guess should be a VVIP ward room because it was just too different from the usual. The walls surrounding me were soft and in a calm shade of blue. The bed has pristine white bedspread.
