KATIE's POV:
I called Caden, his eyes immediately locking on mine.
"Hmm?"
I wanted to ask him what he was doing in my parent's house when I found out they were killed. Could it be possible that he was my parent's killer?
But why would he kill them? There was no reason for him to do that.
My mind went back to the time I entered my home and saw signs of an animal attack and the deformed state of my parent's bodies. It was only an animal that could do that.
And the only animal I could think of that seemed unbelievable to me was a werewolf.
Yes, this might be my first clue. I had to investigate further and everybody is a suspect.
Including Jace and Caden, unless proven otherwise.
