"It's nothing." I laugh awkwardly, removing her hand from my neck.
"It's nothing? You're their mate and they treat you like this? They have to be the only Alphas I know that are this cruel." Sally is angry as she speaks. It's understandable, but it is what it is, I wouldn't say I have been through worse.
"Maybe you should stop getting in their way for the time being." Rob says out of the blue.
Of course he would say that he wants Elaine for the boys. His mate is scolding him before I can speak.
"Stay out of their way? You know that scheming b***h won't allow that." Sally huffs.
