I turned to see a familiar figure standing behind me, a sly smile spreading across his face. It was Caden. That must be the main reason why Jace was suddenly so tense. He gets that way when his twin brother is close by. I remain in shock at the powerful werewolf senses. Jace was able to pick it up without even turning around.
As much as it was scary being a werewolf, at the same time, I was thrilled and ecstatic for I never thought myself as strong. But now, I had the strength of more than a dozen men combined.
