Caden and I walked into the abandoned laboratory, a thick layer of dust coated everything. Cobwebs clung to rusty equipment and faded labels hung from broken shelves. The air was thick of decay and neglect.
The once state of the art facility now lay in ruin, a testament of years of abandonment.
We walked through the debris strewn aisles, our footsteps echoing off the walls.
"Look"I whispered, my eyes fixed ahead.
Caden followed my gaze to a table, where the ancient leaf lay open. The Wolf's word echoed in my mind;
"As soon as you get to the laboratory you will find the ancient leaf".
I rushed towards the table, carefully taking the ancient leaf and I brought it to Caden.
"Here is it"I said, handing it to him.
