I rushed back to my room in anger, The words Caden spoke to me rang in my ears like a bell and groaned in frustration.
“It's not true, Katie can't have both men to herself.” I mumble aloud.
“They are flocking around her like flies and ready to be at her service!” I exclaimed bitterly. Memories of what happened during dinner played in my head and I squeezed my chest to stop the pain I was feeling.
A pain of envy and a broken heart. Was this the feeling you get when you lose everything? No, I can't accept defeat.
“Katie can't steal them away from me!” I yelled aloud not caring if anyone heard.
