We loaded the things that Alicia bought onto the carrier and then ourselves, my new little boy, Halo, in my arms. Honestly, he has been such a sweetheart since I got him from the stables yesterday. Zuka has been wary of him, but Halo has adjusted to us quickly, getting excited when either of us gets close to him, padding around warily, and sometimes getting playful when the moment is right.
He purrs against my neck as I hold him and I think he is the most adorable thing in the entire world. Zuka is a little jealous, but I promised he has nothing to be jealous about. When we get back to America, Halo will stay with Mighty and Toothy in the empty stable next to them. I may have to make it friendly for a cub. Possibly add some blankets, toys, food bowls, and such.
