"Oh, hmm...mmm" I can't help sighing the instant my body collides with the water. I throw my head up in the sky, enjoying the whip of the air over my face.
Thank f**k I got out of that room, else, I'd have choked.
I try to force myself not to feel scared about my father finding out. Right now, I need to enjoy the peace and quiet this stream offers.
I can hear the rhythmic caws of the crows and ravens. The birdsong soothing to my ears.
My life sucks always but this is usually my escape. Either I stay here in the stream, swimming until my limbs grow sore or I sneak to Killan's place.
Well, now, Killian's no longer in the picture. I'm all alone.
