"Is everything okay now?" Adam asked those two and after Jason nodded, Adam grabbed him by the arm and took him into his room, probably talk about what happened.
"I love him, but he can be pushy," Karla whispered, knowing perfectly well that those guys can hear everything from a short distance.
"Maybe you shouldn't have said that," I whispered back.
"Let's go downstairs and have some breakfast. We'll have to leave in fifty minutes. I have class."
"Me too. How are we getting there?"
"Adam is going to take us. Now come on, let's go."
