Diren smiled and said nothing else.
“Irene, w-what is this?” Ajax asked, coming to my side. But before I could answer him…
“What do you mean by ‘this!’ I am as alive and normal as you are. Young Ajax.”
“You know me?” Ajax exclaimed, his surprise soon turning into a smile. “Cool! Old Diren!”
Diren’s smile disappeared, and he partially shut his eyes, “what do you mean by old! I know I am centuries old, no, even older than that! But still!”
“Man, you called me young. I called you old. It’s like that! You understand?” Ajax said and both of them looked at each other as if they talked with their eyes and smiling. Both of them broke into laughter, while the rest of us looked at them with complete disbelief.
