Iris I was numb, despite knowing this was a likely scenario I had wishfully walked into this battle with the hope we could turn the odds in our favour. Greer knew one of them had to be sacrificed to end Adalfudis. If not, it would be her daughter on the throne of blood just like the prophecy. That was something she wasn’t willing to risk.
