Our Last Dance

Chapter 17

"Good morning.!!" Maddie shouted at Amelia, trying to wake her up, but she doesn't seem to respond. She quickly taps her and shook her on the bed, but she still didn't respond.

"Wake up you sneaky little b**ch !!!!" She screamed on top of her voice. Amelia rolled over on the bed stretching.

Maddie took the opportunity to shake her again.

"What !! I'm awake already." She said as she continued stretching in the bed.

Maddie gave her a dead eye stare.

"Wow, I think I got drunk last night." Amelia added.

"You think ?" Maddie asked and laughed.

"Girl you were drunk as f**k, you literally passed out, you don't even know how you got home last night. Maddie added.

"That's true, how in the world did I get home last night ?" Amelia wondered.

"Well there was this guy, his name is Kim, he called last night for your address, so I gave him mine, so your mom won't see you all passed out. And he brought you here late last night." Maddie explained.

"There's no way." Amelia was shocked.

"Believe it or not, that is what happened." Maddie said.

"How in the world did that happen ?" Amelia wondered.

She sat up on the bed and scratched her hair, her whole hair is all messed up already. She was still wearing the clothes she wore last night for the party.

Maddie was trying to arrange the room, she placed some clothes on the bed as she was rearranging her wardrobe.

"So what about this guy Jaden ?" Maddie asked.

Amelia took her time to remember everything that happened last night.

"Oh no !!, I thought it was a dream but apparently it isn't." Amelia cried out.

"What is it ?" Maddie asked out of concern.

"Jaden is g..ay" she stuttered.

"Sh*t." Maddie said immediately. She left what she was doing and went to hug Amelia.

"How did I not see that coming ?" Amelia wondered.

"No one ever sees that coming, even them."

"Don't worry, you will find a guy made for you soon." She consoled her.

"But when ?" Amelia asked.

Maddie was silent and didn't know what to say.

"Is this how I will spend my valentine day the same way as all this year's ?" Amelia added.

"Just know you won't be the only one, I will also be single that day." Maddie said.

"Why ?, don't you have something with Francis ?" Amelia asked full of curiosity.

"Well, no, I have nothing with Francis, he is just a friend ." Maddie explained.

"Oh." Amelia said as she nodded her head.

"I have a thing with another guy, but I'm going to tell you girls later." Maddie added.

"But you said you were going to spend this Valentine's day alone, but you already got yourself a man." Amelia said.

"Well, the thing between us just got ruined and I messed up real bad." Maddie explained.

"Oh, I guess we were never meant to go out with a guy this year's valentine." Amelia said with disappointment.

"Yeah, but Kelly is so lucky, she is the only one that's making progress for her own man." Maddie said.

"Yeah, she's very lucky, I don't think she knows that." Amelia said.

"Let's go and have breakfast." Maddie said as she stood up from the bed.

"Yeah, let's go." Amelia also stood up.

By the time Kelly woke up, she turned to her side on the bed to check for Chris, but he has already gone out.

They had a lot of rounds last night, Kelly feels like a new woman, like someone different.

She looked at the floor and saw her lingerie torn in the floor, she laughed.

She stood up and wore her clothes, she already came with a top and a mini skirt in the bag she brought along yesterday.

She opened the door and was about to make her way out of the house, till she saw a girl in the house.

"Hello." She greeted.

"Hi, I'm Chris sister, Chloe." The girl responded.

"I'm leaving now." Amelia said.

"This is sad, he's done with you too." Chloe said.

"You said ?" Maddie asked looking confused.

"I said, he's done with you, he's going to bring another girl next week." Chloe said.

"What ?" Kelly asked looking surprised.

"Don't be shocked, I'm doing you good by telling you now before you get your hopes high about him." She said.

"But...I thought.." Kelly stuttered as tears were rolling down her eyes."

"So he only used my feelings just because he wants to have sex." She cried.

Chloe opened her arms and hugged Kelly for a long time.

"It's okay, you gonna get through this." Chloe assured her.

"Thanks." Kelly appreciated.

"Bye." She added.

Kelly carried her bag and ordered a taxi to Maddie's house. In the taxi Kelly was just thinking about how all this played out, a part of her does not want to believe what she just heard, but her whole mind knows that it is true, because of love she became blind to see that he was just playing with her.

"We're here." The taxi driver said.

"Oh." Maddie said as she brought out money from her bag and paid the driver.

She stood at the front of the gate for a while before deciding to enter. Before she entered, she put on a little make-up to hide the fact that she cried.

When she entered the house and went to Maddie's room, she saw Maddie and Amelia looking depressed and sad on the bed.

"Hi." She greeted them.

"Hello, how was your night." Maddie stood up and asked.

"It was good." She replied.

"You don't look fine, are you okay ?" Amelia asked.

"Are you sure ?" Maddie asked

"It looks like you were crying." Amelia pointed out

Before a minute Kelly already bursted down into tears.

Maddie and Amelia rushed to hold her and they brought her to sit on the bed.

"What happened?" Maddie asked.

"He played me." She said as she continued to cry.

"Wait what ?" Maddie asked while in shock.

"I knew it." Amelia said with affirmation.

"Uhm, you're not helping here." Maddie said as she gave amelia a dead eye stare.

"I'm sorry, the guy is a jerk." Amelia said angrily.

"How did you know that he played you?" Maddie asked curiously.

"Well, when I woke up on his bed this morning, he wasn't there, then his sister came in and told me that I'm not the only girl he has brought here this week." She explained.

"What in the world." Amelia was shocked, Maddie was speechless.

"She also said I'm definitely not the last girl he is going to bring to the house, he is definitely going to bring another girl next week." Kelly added.

"This is serious than I thought." Amelia said.

"What if he has changed?" Maddie wondered.

"What ?!" Amelia and Kelly exclaimed after hearing Maddie.

"I mean, he did not tell you that he was done with you, what if he has a change of hear already." Maddie tried to defend herself.

Amelia was sitting behind Kelly, she was lip syncing "no" to Maddie the whole time she was talking.

"What, don't tell me no." Maddie said as she looked at Amelia.

Amelia placed her hands on her head in disappointment.

"Isn't it so obvious that be is a playboy, so I don't know what you are saying here."

"I'm just saying that there is a little opportunity that he has changed and that he really meant what he has with her."

"Well, we never defined our relationship, so I'm going to ask him tomorrow about our relationship.

"You see, there was no need for you to be in tears. Maddie said.

"Yeah."

"Men are the worst, they don't actually deserve our tears. Amelia said.

"Yeah they really don't."

Amelia spent almost an hour talking about how it's over between her and Jaden.

"Wow, no one would have ever known that Jaden was gay." Kelly said.

"Yeah, I'm still in shock." Amelia responded.

"If the girls in school find out about this, they are all going to commit suicide." Maddie said.

"No lies told." Kelly said and smiled.

"We still have few days to Valentine's day and none of us is close to getting their self a date for this year."

Amelia said.

"Sad, I feel like our life is going to be the same like last years." Maddie responded

"Unfortunately, that's what it looks like." Kelly added.

"Wait, wait, wait."

"What is it?" Maddie asked.

"Yeah what ?" Kelly also asked.

"It seems like we are all forgetting something."

"And what might that be ?" Kelly asked.

Maddie was already curious.

"Someone is no longer a virgin." Amelia said and smirked.

Maddie screamed on top of her voice, Kelly was rolling all over the bed blushing.

"How do you feel miss..... the sexy goddess." Maddie teased Kelly.

Kelly stood up on the bed, brushed her hair off a little bit.

"I feel like a fresh woman, a young and beautiful woman." She said with pride.

"Purr." Amelia said as she say upright and dragged Kelly to sit on the bed."

"The feeling is unexplainable, I feel like you all have to feel it yourself." Kelly said.

"Oouuu." Maddie screamed.

"Even if you lost Chris yesterday night, you gained something better." Amelia said.

"Yeah, I think I did." Kelly slowly said.

"Girls, we've been too depressed because of all these guys, let's go out and have a girls day out." Maddie suggested.

"Yeah, we shouldn't make any guy make us feel like a looser." Amelia got all hyped up.

"Well, it's been a while we've gone on our girls day out, let's go today." Kelly also agreed to follow them.

" I already have a surprise for you girls." Maddie said.

"What?" Kelly and Amelia were both curious.

"I have three tickets for blackpink concert that Is holding today."

"Yayy." Amelia shouted with joy.

"No way, I can finally get to watch blackpink perform." Kelly also said excitedly on the bed.

The three best friends are huge fans of blackpink, so watching blackpink perform is going to make them super excited.

"Great, let's freshen up and let's get dressed." Maddie stood up from the bed and said.

Amelia and Kelly also stood up from the bed and both of them ran to the bathroom.
