Lysander was completely and utterly stunned, his jaw actually fell from astonishment. His face that expressed no emotions a moment ago, was now decipherable and Zerina wasn't expecting the change. It was obvious he found what she did utterly shocking.
Due to his reaction, Zerina immediately realized that she did not do what she was supposed to do with the substance. Hastily, she spat it out of her mouth onto the bed. She was panicking a little and at the same time, blushing so hard. She bit her lower lip and her eyes wandered around as she tried her best to compose herself.
