"Thank you Alpha, thank you Luna! For the surprise."
Darius gestured towards the table full of gifts, "Take these home with you. Everyone prepared something."
"Thank you!" Kit nodded, "I still have a lot to do. I'll take my leave then."
Darius didn't hold him back either. Everyone knew Kit had something to do so they didn't stop him. Instead, Laurel brought a small lunch box and handed it to him. She also packed a large piece of cake in the lower compartment.
"It's still early and you probably didn't have breakfast. Don't stay hungry and eat it when you have time."
Kit grabbed the lunch box, fearing the glare coming from his Alpha would melt it into a puddle. He grabbed the gifts, thanked everyone and left in a hurry.
