General Duka received a letter from the King and it read: "The decision regarding the building of the south is being discussed with other leader and all opinions has to be heard before any decision is made. Come to the palace this weekend, and explain your ideas once more to everyone before we make a decision." General Duka knew it would take a lot to convince the greedy leader but he was prepared and there was nothing or no one that could stop him.
