Soon, Alpha Axton joins us, laughing as he walks closer to us. The sight validates my suspicion that everyone here enjoys Jasper's imperfect inventions and the disaster they cause each time. But the moment doesn't last because a sentinel rushes up to him to inform him that something very urgent needs his attention, and he flees without hesitation.
The moment he leaves, tensions arise, and I can't help but wonder what the urgency is all about. I've just decided to stay here. Was that a good decision when I don't know what their challenges are yet? Could that be a threat to the peace of this town? Because if it wasn't, he wouldn't just take to his heels like that.
