Belial still had a few interesting artifacts, but to my surprise, they were kept to the minimum—a few pieces of ancient Greek pottery, a small box of old jewelry from different eras, an old voodoo doll in the corner of his office, and a few other small things here and there. I wondered what the stories behind each of them were, but didn’t find anything too shocking. He also had a vast array of first edition books from all sorts of important people.
