Her decision

Advaita told Advit, "I need a detective. I Need to Investigate Something. Can you suggest a good and trustworthy private detective whom you can trust?"
Advit asked, "Private detective? But why? If there is anything in which you need my help, you can tell."
Adveta shook her head in the negative and said, "No bhaiya, I want to do everything myself. Just suggest someone on whom you have complete trust to work with honesty and truthfulness."
Advit thought for a while and said, "Okay. When you come to the office tomorrow, I will introduce you to Prithvi. I have full faith in him, he will complete your work with full dedication and honesty."
Adveta hesitated a bit and said, “But I will not come to the office anymore.”
Advit asked, "Why? You had said in the morning that you have to work now."
Adveta nodded her head and replied, "I currently have a job, but I am also seeking to establish my own unique identity. Before taking on my own business, I want to assess my capabilities and start from a humble position. I believe starting from a lower level will help me gain valuable experience and knowledge. I hope you understand what I mean."
Advit hesitated a little but then he nodded yes. There was truth in Advaita's words. If Advit had been in place of Advaita and his father had never died, then Advit would also have gone ahead with the planning, but he was eighteen years old when his father died.
That one accident changed the life of the entire family. Advaita stayed with her maternal family for a few years until the business became stable again because she was very young and Adveta forgot all his dreams and got himself busy in the family business.
Advit said, "I will fully support you, just talk to our mother."
Adveta said, "I have already talked to Mama and she has suggested something to me, but that suggestion did not seem very good to me."
Advit asked, "What is your suggestion? Please tell me and what is your plan?"
Adveta replied, "I want to start with a simple job that I get as per my capability and I don't want to start this with my own company."
Advit asked, “Then what did mom suggest?”
Advaita replied, "Mother is saying that she will talk to Shivansh about this. In such a situation, she will not be much concerned about my safety, but I do not think that it will be right because then I will get special treatment there too, I mean a special fight, which I do not want."
Advit said, "Mom is right Advaita and as far as I know Shivansh, he will not do anything that will make you feel that you are getting special treatment. Shivansh is concerned with the growth of his business and not with anyone's relationships. Shivansh's rule is not to involve personal life in professional life, so don't worry. Shivansh needs a secretary and I think you can do it."
Advaita asked, "Where has Sneha gone?"
Advit replied, "Shivansh fired her."
Advaita asked, "Why? She used to do her work well, then what happened?"
Advit replied, "She came to steal the secrets of Shivansh's business and was caught. Now Shivansh sent her to jail after removing her from the job."
Adveta said oh and then nodded yes. There's no loss in trying so she was ready for this.

Here, when Anshika was talking to Shivansh about this, at first he did not agree but then he thought, "I know Advaita very well and I know that she will never cheat me. Finding a perfect secretary in such a short time. It will be a little difficult to find someone I can trust. Advaita is the right candidate and I also know what her skills are so let's give it a try."
Shivansh said, "I agree with you Aunty but you know that for me personal and professional lives are completely different, hence Adveta will be selected only after a proper interview."
Anshika nodded and said, "I know this son. Advaita has also said that she wants a job according to her ability, so I have no problem with it."
Shivansh took a deep breath and said, "OK Aunty I will tell you later what time Advaita has to reach for the interview tomorrow. Good night and take care."
Anshika smiled and said, "You two child, good night."
After this, Shivansh disconnected the call and then called his assistant Ronit and asked, "Could you please check my schedule for tomorrow and let me know when I am available?"
Ronit checked the schedule and said, "You have an important meeting at 2 p.m. in the day with Mr. Singh."
Shivansh asked, "That's all?"
When Ronit nodded yes, Shivansh said, "Okay, thank you."
Ronit said politely, "Bye sir, good night."
Shivansh disconnected the call saying good night.
He then called Advaita to inform her about the interview but Advaita was taking a shower at this time so she did not hear.
Shivansh peeped out of the window of his room and said, "The light in Adveta's room is still on but she is not picking up my call. So much attitude? Is she still angry with what I said yesterday?"
But then Shivansh explained himself and said, "She has been calling me the father of two kids for a whole month. When I am not offended then why should Advaita be offended by what I say, and do I care whether she is offended or not? We are just neighbors."
After a little self-talk, Shivansh texted Advaita, "Reach my office tomorrow at 10 am, you have an interview so don't be late at all."
Giving a devilish smile to himself, Shivansh said, "You just wait and watch, Advaita. This interview will be difficult because Shivansh Agnihotri is going to conduct it."
But Shivansh was unaware that Advaita had changed and it was very difficult to put the new Advaita down in business matters.
