Chapter 9

Edwards P.O.V. 

"There are flutters in her stomach," I said to both my mom and Jamerson.  "Okay bring her straight to the hospital," Jamerson said. And they walked downstairs so that we could get dressed. We walked into the closet and her belly was already too big to fit any of her shirts. So she put on a summer dress that was knee-length and it fit her belly perfectly. She put on her nude red bottoms. I looked at her and asked her "Honey do you want to wear flats." I asked her. To which she responded "I don't own any I only have heels even at home that was all I wore but can we go shopping later to get me some because my feet feel like they have swollen a little." she said. "Yes, doll we will so as soon as we are done with the doctor," I told her. I threw on some basketball shorts and a black tank top and tennis shoes. We walked downstairs and mom was starring at Lucy and her belly was slowly getting bigger by the minute. We got to the hospital and follow Jamerson to the ultrasound room and he put the gel on her belly. "That's hot the movies they always say it is cold," Lucy said. Jamerson laughed and said "The movies don't always get it right Luna." He told us to look at the screen that was on the wall and all of the sudden there was a baby on the screen. "The baby looks like it is already about 12 weeks and there are two there so it's twins and that is why your stomach is so big already that flutter you felt was the movements of the twins. Oh, wait there is a third so no your 9 weeks and still progressing faster than any hybrid on record so your dad has to be a king which is like alpha and your mother has to be of an alpha bloodline," he said. "So we are going to need to do a daily ultrasound to keep up with the growth rate of the babies," he told us. We took the ultrasound pictures and left the hospital. We climbed into her truck and she demanded that I let her drive. I love her truck it's a jacked-up diesel that made a lot of noise and rumbled when she cranked it up. We headed to the mall but she busted into a Waffle House parking lot I looked at her confused. " I haven't eaten today and I'm starving we are eating before we go any further," she told me. So I climbed out of the truck and ran to her side and helped her out of the truck and she thanked me. We walked into the restaurant and sat down and our waiter brought us a menu. " I would like a sweet tea and bring me one of everything with jalapenos on the side I want hashbrowns with everything except chili on them," Lucy said. I looked at her surprised but not really. "I would like the same to be honest but no jalapenos, please with a sweet tea and a coffee," I told the waiter. He looked at both of us and all he said was "Yes alpha and Luna."  he nodded his head and walked away. Then I saw Keagan and Ian walk in it took them long enough to catch up. I mind-linked them and told them that we need to have extra security. They walked in and sat on the other side of the big booth the waiter came back and all they did was order sweet teas. Then the food came out and there was a look of shock that Lucy ordered all of that food. "Damn Luna your hungry," said Ian, and I just laughed as she devoured all of the food in front of her and some of mine. I paid and we got ready to stand up and I looked down at Lucy and saw her belly and then remembered I need to tell them about her pregnancy. " "Guys there is something I need to tell you Lucy is pregnant and she is a Vampire hybrid she is already getting a belly and it's growing fast so no comments," I told them. They both said yes alpha. I didn't realize I was using my alpha tone but I was. Lucy stood up and her belly was even bigger than it was when we sat down. She looked down and touch her belly. She looked at them and said, "there are triplets in there by the way."  They both hugged her and I growled they let go. We walked out and climbed back into the truck and Lucy drove straight to the mall. We walked in and she went straight to the shoe store and grabbed like 15 pairs of flats and a few tennis shoes. Then looked at me and asked me if we could buy her some more clothes because she knew that all over clothes arent going to fit soon the dress is already starting to ride up around her belly. I said of course and she found a maternity store and went crazy and walked out with like 20 bags of clothes and nursing bras and we got her a breast pump because she is determined to breastfeed the babies. We walked out and she saw a baby clothing store and squealed and we went in and they had a bunch of unisex clothes and she had to buy three of everything. I had to call my brothers and their mates to tell them to come to the mall I had already told mom and dad to tell them about the pregnancy so that we didn't have to. They showed up and right on time because there was no more arms space on anyone to carry any more bags. Then Lucy found a baby furniture store, She walked and asked if they delivered the woman looked at her a responded with "yes Luna anything you need ok." "Well, we need cribs, car seats, strollers bassinets, diaper bags, three of each of those. And burping cloths, bottles, pretty much everything in threes and unisex, please. To our home and as soon as possible, please." "Yes, Luna I will have it all delivered to your home today at 5 p.m. This woman has spent 54,000 dollars today just on the babies and 20,000 on herself. It's a good thing I own the biggest seasoning empires in America I own Mr. Dash we make seasoning and are even in some foreign markets. We packed down all of the cars and headed home she let me drive home she said her feet hurt. We made it home and she had already feel asleep she looked so peaceful.
