Chapter 16

Lucy's P.O.V. 

It has been about 2 months since I found out that Mason is a hybrid and that I am pregnant with twin girls. Isabella and I are walking the grounds, and suddenly I feel a shift in the air. I also smell something I haven't smelt in a while I look at mom "Dad's at the border I can smell him" I tell her and a look of shock is on her face. " You can smell him all the way over here are you sure?" she asked me. "I could never forget that smell it is a smell of Chocolate and cherries," I tell her. She nods her head knowing that it is in fact dad at the border. "Edward my dad is at the south border get everyone to the safe house now," I warn him. Isabella and I run to the southern border to see my dad standing there.

I hope you are prepared to die both of you and those muts that your carrying," He told me. "I won't let the prophecy come true," he told me. I looked at him and said the only thing that came to mind. "Bring it bitch." Within less than a minute all 2'000 warriors were by my side he looked shocked but didn't back down. "Oh, you are going to regret saying that," he told me. His warriors lunged at ours and we were winning once everyone including Edward and Isabella was occupied. He lunged at me but before I could even register what was happening I had my hand in his chest around his heart. "Please don't kill me," he begged. I looked at him with a smile on my face and crushed his heart in my hands. "No, I think I will kill you for everything you put me through," I told him. As soon as I dropped his lifeless body a girl who looked like she maybe was 15 tackled me to the ground. "How dare you kill my father. You will die for this," she said. She attempted to hit me but I was out from under her in less than the blink of an eye. I stood over her holding her up in the air by her throat with a scared look on her face. " He was my father to and he was trying to kill me and hurt my pack," I told her. I crushed her windpipe and threw her to the side I have never been one for violence but I liked it. I looked up to see that both Edward and my mom were in danger. I let out a scream that only affected the vampires. Holy s**t I didn't know I was capable of doing that Uncle Elijah hadn't shown me that trick. Once they were all subdued and screaming on the ground I lifted my hands and pressed them together hard. All of the vampires that were there were now dead and laying on the ground. My mother came running over to me and started to look me over she saw blood and screamed to Edward. "It isn't mine. It's Lucifer's I ripped his heart out of his chest." I told them. They both hugged me and we started to round up all 700 vampires to burn. I had killed all 700 of them with my bare hands without even touching them. 

"Call your mother Edward, please?" I asked him. We arrived at our house an hour later and Jacklyn was waiting on us with the kids. I walked in and kissed all of them. "What is it dear Edward said that you wanted to talk to me," she said. "Lucifer said that he wouldn't let the prophecy come true and that I had to die. Do you have any idea what he is talking about?" I asked her. "OH MY GOD, you are the only true hybrid. You are going to lead all supernatural beings. Edward, you need to call the King and tell him that you need a meeting asap." she said. 

Edward's P.O.V. 

I called King Edison " I need a meeting with you as soon as possible it is about the true hybrid." "I will be there in an hour," he responded. The king was in Baton Rouge, a two-hour drive, but I took it that he was going to run. I turned and looked at my pack "he will be here in an hour." I told them. Lucy excused herself upstairs she wanted to take a quick shower and get presentable. The next thing I know she is coming down the stairs in a floor-length dress it was Burgandy and she had on some flats that matched her belly was starting to be really noticeable. I smiled " You look amazing doll," I told her and kissed her on the cheek. 

It has been exactly one hour when there is a knock at the door. I get up and answer it. I am in fact greeted by King Edison and his mate Esme. They come in and Esme takes Lucy's hand closes her eyes and begins to smile. "Hello Queen Lucy my name is Esme and I am here to serve you and your mate," she said. I was stunned. I have never just been the mate I was always the Alpha. I didn't know how to take it. "We are mated to the queen of all supernatural beings," said Red. "Okay if Lucy is the queen of all of the supernatural beings how is this supposed to work," I asked Esme. "Well, she will begin her reign as soon as possible. We will hold a ball at the end of the week to announce it to the King of every creature out there it will be a celebration." Said, King Edison. I nodded in agreement and looked at Lucy. I noticed that her aura had shifted and commanded the whole room. "We will need a place to stay while we are here. I felt a shift in the atmosphere when she came into her powers fully. So I know the other kings will as well. She is going to need around-the-clock protection until Saturday." said Edison. I agreed and Lucy said that she would just stay at home for the next 4 days.

We began to plan the ball and of course, Lucy wanted to help. She planned the menu, sent out the invitations, picked out linen, and she made sure to get all of the r.s.v.p.'s in.  She worked so hard that she put herself in labor.

Lucy's P.O.V. 

So it's been two days and my water broke while I was in the kitchen getting lunch ready. " EDWARD I AM IN LABOR GET HOME NOW," I yelled. King Edison ran down the stairs followed by Esme "Your in labor we are here for you," she said. My mom was by my side in a matter of seconds to help me to the pool. Doctor Jamerson arrived along with Edward. "We ready to do this again?" asked Doctor Jamerson. "Yes we are." we all replied. My mom and Queen Esme got into the pool. I was honestly surprised that she climbed in with me but hey what am I going to kick the queen out. Alexandrea Jacklyn Jaxson and Magdalene Isabella Jaxson were born quickly and only about 30 seconds apart. 

I had a day to find a dress luckily wolves bounce back quickly. Esme and my mother and Jacklyn went with me to pick out my dress. "So your dress has to be emerald green that is the royal color." Queen Esme told me. We went back to Sarian's and they had a beautiful emerald green gown that fit my every curve and it has a train. We went to the shoe store and I found a pair of matching Jimmy Choos. I can't believe that this is the new life I had Edward with me and about 12 more wolves including King Edison and Alpha Deacon.
