NYSERA Everyone around us became quiet the moment Alaric spoke through the chaos. Their eyes looked at each other, as if they were speaking through their minds as to who would speak first. I even saw some of them nudging the others by their elbows. Some of them even pointed at me using their lips, as if they were talking about me. My eyes landed on the person who defended us earlier. Deep inside, I am really thankful that even if a lot of people are mad at me and my family, there are still some who are believing in us. I feel that my heart gained more courage because I know that there are people who are willing to defend us. The pack members around us were divided into two groups: one defending our side and the other one is on the man we are arguing with. The division was very evident
