"Use this," Mama spoke to me as she handed me a warm towel. I placed it on top of my eyelids while I watched my mother wipe my body with another warm towel.
My back rested on the wall as I tried to see what's happening around me, stabilizing myself after a sleep that seemed to be so long.
The last thing I remembered is me falling into unconsciousness after my argument with Alpha Alaric. I saw my eyes bleeding — probably from using my powers too much. Until now, my eyes still hurt a little bit, but they're not bleeding anymore.
"What time is it, Mama?" I asked as I shifted on my seat. There's no way for me to tell the time here, as there are no windows in the cell. Papa is not around and my brothers are still sleeping. Could it be that I'm asleep for the whole day?
