I felt the gentle bump as the private jet touched Singapore's Changi Airport runway. After four incredible days in Bali, I was ready for a change of scenery. The cabin crew gave me preferential disembarkation, and I stepped into the plush private terminal where immigration officials were waiting.
"Welcome to Singapore, Mr. Williams," said a smartly dressed immigration officer who efficiently examined my passport. "Business or pleasure?"
