Part 4
“That is your plan?”, asked Tabitha while standing from her chair after listening to Alyss for some time. “It’s more of an improvisation than a real plan. Will it even work?”
That witch girl was one of the two who actually tried to cast a curse on Alyss and Sonya, who were for now under the fake identity of Laura and Elena. Despite Eldritch convincing all of them to set aside their grudges, Tabitha and her friend Stella still hold great animosity towards the two Christian girls and won’t ever miss a chance to contradict them.
“No, actually, with the proper timing, we can make it happen!”, declared Inès as she supported the idea proposed by Alyss.
“I support my sister supporting that idea!”, added Anès, expressing herself on that matter.
“Mathers! Eldritch!!!!!!”, screamed Tabitha as she directed her gaze unto them.
“If you can come with a better plan, we are all ears!”, calmly replied Mathers.
Just like Eldritch, that young warlock was in his 20s and was considered as a prominent one among the community of witches. He had a nonchalant look on his face, with a combo of a long black hair, down to his shoulder, and pitch black eyes. His attire was mostly composed of the school uniform, covered by an unbuttoned blazer while his sleeves were rolled up. The young lad was wearing a face mask, black in color, preventing one from fully seeing what he looked like. While observing him closely, one could see the words ‘Per Ardua’ tattooed on his left arm and ‘Ad Astra’ on the right one.
His response gave a critical hit to Tabitha’s ego but all she could do was to expect her friend Stella to back her up. Thus, the witch girl turned her eyes to her accomplice as if asking her friend for arguments to support her. But to her biggest disappointment, Stella didn’t dare looking into her eyes. She probably knew her opinion wouldn’t help much because she lacked the necessary arguments and the Christian Girls already got the support of the four of them.
For the first time in her life, Tabitha felt betrayed and alone. She sat silently on her chair, avoiding the gaze of all her friends, not even considering to ask if Lilim would agree with her.
“I understand...”
