My Early Wish

322 Words
Walking up the side walk to my foster home I was giving a huff. Just three more days then your eighteen and you can forget these people and this place. I start walking up to the rose red doors and sigh heavily. Reaching the front door I stop and look at the door dreading what is on the other side. I start reaching out my hand to turn the door knob to enter my version of living hell. I open the door and try walking in and step on Steven's skateboard. "Mom the stupid b***h f****d with my f*****g skateboard" Steven screams over to his mom. I sighed on the verge of tears. I just wanted to leave but I couldn't. "I didn't mean to. It was a complete accident. I'm sorry Melisa.". "You stupid goddamn cunt respect my sons stuff. Your here cause your parents didn't want you remember that. Your a lowly piece of s**t" Melisa says to me with a disgusted look on her face. With that I cover my face and run down stairs to the basement. I spend hours crying and when I was done I just stared at my ceiling. Which seems to be the only thing I do lately. So I post pictures of different places. I just wanted to imagine what my life would be like away from here... But that is a dream that was only three days away. I wish I could be somewhere that I can be appreciated and not somewhere that I'm hated. I finally put my mind to rest after a few hours of listening to music and imaging several different version. With that in mind I knew I just had to survive three more days before I could make my dreams a complete reality. For the first time ever I was genially happy and excited. With that I go to sleep an dream myself in the perfect dream.
