“Kaia…… it’s me.”
“Love please…..” it’s Lucian’s voice again. Why am I hearing his voice again? I looked around the dark room but saw no one. What’s going on?
“Kaia? You have to listen to him.” Alexia?
“Kaia, Lucian is the enemy.” I fluttered my eyes open only to be met by a dark ceiling. Looking at the side of the bed, Lucian’s nowhere to be seen again. Where is he? His side of the bed is never warm like he didn’t laid there at all.
Why did I hear Alexia’s voice? Why is she saying that Lucian is the enemy? I clutched my head as it started to ache. I don’t have time to think about other things.
Lucian must’ve been very busy preparing for the war. I need to go to him. I need to be by his side. He can’t use his abilities and he can’t shift because of Charles’
