It’s almost midnight and Kaia’s been waiting for Lucian to arrive. He said he knew someone who can undo the spell but with sacrificing the head of the dark witch. She’s worried about her mate. What if Lucian was hurt? What if Charles got his hands on him again? Many possibilities are running through her mind until the bedroom door was opened.
Kaia thought it was Lucian but when she inhaled the air she got disappointed. It was just Irene.
“What are you doing here Irene? This late at night?” Irene bit her lip and smiled sadly.
“Uhm. The High King is in the infirmary, he’s filled with wounds and he wanted to see you.” hearing this Kaia blinked her eyes couple of times before she dashed to the infirmary.
Entering the infirmary she saw tubes and wires connected to Luci
