Lucian’s eyes grew wide and he put his hand on his chest. A frown formed on his face as he looked at his mate.
“How—why…” Kaia had tears in her eyes as she moved closer to him and hugged him. The only person who could do this to her mate is no other than that bastard Charles. He must have done something to him while he was captured.
“He did this …….” Lucian gritted his teeth in anger to the man who outsmarted him.
“What?” Kaia asked. Lucian turned to his mate with an angry expression and said, “That son of a b***h did this.”
