Two days. It’s been two days since Lucian took me to his palace; ever since then, I did not see even a shadow of him. Yesterday Diana arrived ahead of the others, she said Irene and Alexia are in the middle of training and Dmitri stayed to make sure the two are safe. I asked Diana about Lucian and she said that he’s staying at the other room; he’s really avoiding me. I know I hurt him but I can’t stand him treating me like this. I tried reaching him through our bond but he keeps on blocking me out and even if I tried to break through his wall is so damn hard.
‘You can’t blame him Kaia. He was hurt because he thinks he was not enough, that he was just a rebound love.’ I bit my lower lip as I heard what Leah just said.
