It’s been two hours since Kaia was lying unconscious. Lucian was called to the conference room for an urgent meeting and Alexia together with Irene and Dmitri was left to watch over Kaia.
Ever since Irene saw Kaia’s memories, she never said a word. Kaia’s been through so much pain unimaginable.
Alexia wondered why Raver is still alive or was it even Raver to begin with but either way, seeing Raver had a huge effect on Kaia.
Alexia’s thoughts were interrupted when she saw Kaia move. Later on, Kaia slowly opened her eyes. She looked around the room and saw Alexia, Irene, Dmitri and some of the council guards. Her eyes continued to roam around the room hoping to see her mate but she was answered by Alexia.
