Mari was more than welcoming of my presence when I showed up at her door. She didn't question why I had appeared or why my face was stained in tears. She already knew the reason behind that because she knew that her plan had worked flawlessly. After calling for one of the maids, specifically one of the ones who were taking care of me, she gave her instructions that she would have to execute perfectly. Once that was set up, she returned to her room to wait.
At the time, she wasn't quite sure what she was waiting for but now that I had showed up at her door, she was pleased by the sight.
