Edie's POV
My eyes ache when I woke. They were irritated and swollen from all the crying I did yesterday, and I struggled to open them. When I managed to peep them open, light was trickling in through the edges of my curtains. As I stirred, an arm dropped over me, and I became very aware that I wasn't alone.
James.
I slept so well I had completely forgotten he'd stayed the night…. In my bed…. With me… oh s**t. I could feel his hardness pressed against my thighs, and my mind and body went into overdrive. I tried to move out of his arms but it only caused him to stir.
