Chapter Forty
Ambers POV It had been a month and I had finally settled into my new life in the cottage. I learned to accept my fate and place here. I had to stay as calm as I could to keep the baby in good health. The only person I saw was Teival and the guards as no one else was allowed to talk to me or see me. It made me feel alone. About two weeks ago I started feeling a pain in my heart, I realized after a while it meant that Teival was cheating on me. I couldn’t believe it, but at the same time I could. I had most of the furniture I needed. I had a bed, mattress, dresser, table, chairs, a baby crib, a small dresser for baby clothes, a couch, and a recliner.
