Ambers POV It has been about a month since I was told someone was in contact with the underground railroad. I was trying my best to stay positive and hopeful as that’s all I could do for my sake and my babies sake. I sewed a bunch more clothing and such to keep myself occupied. I also made myself another bag that was a bit bigger and could hold a set of clothes for me and my babies, along with some basic first aid stuff and a bit of food. Ivory has been impatiently pacing back and forth in the back of my mind itching to run away from here. I tell her we must be patient or else we may never see our babies again. I know it’s harsh but it’s true and she knows it.
