Tre closes the bookshelf. "What you thinking?"
"Maybe you're young and stupid like me."
"I'm sure that played a part, baby. But I know what I promised. Will you promise me the same thing? No lying or misleading me?"
"Yes, I can do that." I wrap my arm around him and lead him to my bed.
He lays on his back and smiles. "You're beautiful."
I unhook the dress and let it fall. His eyes go so black and about pop out of his head. I smile. "Will you stay with me tonight?"
"Yes ma'am."
"Tre."
"What baby?"
"I've never."
"Do you want to?"
"I don't know."
"We can do other stuff baby. We'll come back to that. I want you to be ready."
I smile as he pulls me into the bed with him. "Have you ever..."
"No baby." He rolls on me and kisses my marking spot.
