67: Let’s sneak out

SARA It was the third movie we were watching that day. I yawned, blinking my eyes open as the characters droned on. I looked towards Nadine who yawned seconds after. The plot of the movie was the same as the last two we had watched and it seemed to go over my head. The channels were dull and unentertaining. It was day 20 since we last set foot outside the castle and I had exhausted all the indoor games I knew. I had never been this stuck inside for so long, I had devoted myself to counting the days and entertaining Nadine in ways possible. We played dress-up a couple of times, snapped pictures and videos and explored i********: mindlessly. The board games became monotonous and dragging and I was sure I had memorised all the moves in Monopoly and Chess and kept winning Nadine at them
