What? My eyes follow the unfamiliar tree, scanning the buildings and the cafe I’ve never seen before.
My mouth parts as I see more unfamiliar settings.
Lucas’ just driving with the calmest aura he can muster. What the heck? Does he think I wouldn’t notice? I pull myself and fix my sitting position, staring in disbelief at the window.
“You’re going the wrong way.” I claim, even pointing at the direction.
This isn’t the road leads to my house. Buildings pass by as unfamiliar places and faces appear.
