Four Days Later…Morgan stood in the back of the Peter G. Decker Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center’s Grand Rotunda, his eyes, hidden by his Matsuda sunglasses, scanning the thickening crowd. The downtown Norfolk, Virginia venue was playing host to a fundraising luncheon for the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, or PETA. With its headquarters merely a mile and a half away, the use of the Half Moone facility made perfect sense.
