Twenty four hours before, he and the CIA Special Activities Center’s Maritime Branch team he belonged to parachuted from the back of an Air Branch C-130 and into the light blue waters of the Caribbean. Once their RHIB was ready and the sun had set, Morgan navigated the small craft through the Gulf of Urabá, the river’s swampy delta, and into Colombia’s interior.
