Jin looked thoughtful as he said this. When Uncle Morgan was still there, it was Gwan Jin who stayed in South Korea to assist him, while Jack and Charles stayed abroad. Jin was very familiar with how gossip and public opinion worked in the country. South Korea could be considered as very modern on the surface, but it was still deeply tied to its traditional roots. There were still many traditional things and social rules that people were still sticklers for. There were many people— both innocent and not so innocent alike who had been broken down by public opinion.
