Actually, they more than hit it off. The women dragged the men to their impromptu shopping spree and made them carry so many things they had to question the purpose for their existence.
“Charles,” Jacques called and his cousin who walked next to him turned to give him attention.
“What?” the younger man asked and the older one’s jaw clenched as he exhaled.
“Can you remind me of the reasons why I said I hated being married?”
